Had a very nice time. Got a huge, tidy room with really good air conditioning. - the hotel was very close to the train station, Yodobashi department store, and a temple. - I really enjoyed that the property was around a 10-15 minute walk from Hokuto. - the food was nice.

I really appreciated the hotel's location close to the train station. It made it very convenient for us to explore Kyoto and also made it easy for us to travel with our luggage. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided basic amenities and had well-functioning air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot summer days. Lastly, having breakfast included was a nice touch and added value to our stay.
Everything at this hotel was great and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We found some hairs on the floor, and we felt that the bedding was not changed.

The holiday stay was overall enjoyable. the room was cozy and came equipped with two complementary items to make the experience even better. the location was superb; it was only a short walk away from public transit and a variety of dining options. Another aspect that we appreciated was the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance.
the noise level in the room was unbearable as we could hear everything that was happening in the adjacent room.
